Trying to setup initial install, Settings->General->Calendar Page Location is not filled in nor can I enter a page name. Per the documentation a default page should be created but it appears that this is not happening. Installation information follows:

Resolved. Missed the setup page with short code in the start instructions. Mea Culpa.

Glad you got this figured out! I’m not sure why the initial setup failed on installation, but glad you figured out how to do it manually.

    I don’t understand the solution. B.t.w. here:
    https://docs.joedolson.com/my-calendar/my-calendar-quick-start-guide-getting-started/

it says, just add a calendar page. As the starter of this thread experienced, it is not working … again.

If he had a solution, why not clarify that in the start guide? Not a motivating start, to try this plugin.

Short-code isn’t working either, as the events on a calendar are only clickable when you have set a calendar main page.

Well that is not possible, the initial reason for this thread.

An option would have been then, only showing “list”-view and not a calendar, that seems not to be possible either.
