    I know there is a similar topic (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/more-than-1-location-per-employee/), but it was meaningless, because the same employee can physically and online meet and the customer can select either be attended locally or online.

    Creating a “location” as “online” would still not work because it is not possible to add more than one location to the same employee.

    Lawyers for example, serve their clients locally and also online, and also there is no functionality to automatically create a “Meet” in the schedule, the employee needs to add manually.

    Wouldn’t it really have any solution?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    At the moment, it is possible to assign multiple locations to one employee based on the working hours period on the Amelia/Employees page. The multiple locations for one employee feature will be released soon, it should be available in the next few weeks.
