    Getting the following error:
    We’ve completed the file check but haven’t been able to load the files. Please try clearing your object cache, refresh the page and wait a few seconds to load the files, or visit your homepage to trigger the file list to show. If you continue to have problems, please open a ticket with our support team.

    cleared the cache but still not working

    Hi @zenguided,

    I hope you are doing well today!

    Please confirm that you just only cleared the cache, if so please inform us which page did you clear? Object cache is generally provided by your hosting company, please check if they have a tool to clear that.

    Also please perform the other steps as well, most importantly visiting your homepage in another browser tab or incognito mode or with another browser, so that Asset Optimization could create optimized files. Please try to visit as many page as you can for the optimization triggered and make sure to load those pages completely by checking them upside down and making sure all items are loaded.

    Please let us know if the issue is the same after those steps performed.
