Lightbox and gallery slider opens at the same time

    On the single product page, when I click on the image, a gallery slider opens and then a lightbox on top of it and sometimes it opens 3 times so I have to click outside the lightbox several times to get them to close completely. I’ve been looking for the answer for weeks and I can’t get it to work properly, I’ve tried turning off the lightbox of woocommerce and also of FlatSome and the same problem continues. I must have a conflict with another plugin but I don’t know which one because as far as I know none have this functionality. I want to keep only one gallery slider.

  • Hello, I’ve looked at the HTML and one of the lightboxes appears to be coming from Elementor, and the other one from PhotoSwipe.

    Have you tried disabling one plugin or the other to see if that resolves the issue?

    Thank you so much.
    First I had two lightboxes opening at the sane time, then I just disabled the Elementor lightbox, even though I didnt use elementor for single product pages, and with Flatsome and woocommerce lightbox pervously disabled I didnt have any poping up. After that I enabled woocommerce lightbox and it worked like charm. Btw I don′t have any photoswipe plugin, could you help me to find it before I mark this topic as solved so it wouldnt confict in future?

    From what I see, Photoswipe is the lightbox that is currently in use, and I believe this post reveals that WooCommerce uses PhotoSwipe under the hood.

    If it seems to be working for you, then I think no further action is necessary.
