License keys are domain specific. That means you only can use the license on the domain to which the license is issued. If the domain name is correct, then you shouldn’t face any issues during the activation.
Can you please check by clearing the caches from your site and browser as well? If that doesn’t help, then please open up the browser console and check if any errors are being logged in the Browser Console. If you have found any error, then please take a screenshot of it and share that here along with the System Info of your site. You will be able to copy the System Info from Tools > Site Health > Info > Copy site info to the clipboard. I will check everything properly and let you know an update ASAP!
Regarding the Query about French- If you’re talking about generating content in French, then please be informed that you’ll be able to Generate content in French. But, there is a limitation in Generating Blog content in other languages. Blog content can only be generated in English. However, we are working to resolve this limitation and hopefully, Blog content can also be generated in other languages from the next updates.
But, if you are talking about the French version of the GetGenie Plugin, then be informed that we have included the String Translation support for now in the GetGenie plugin. If you want to see that plugin in French Language, then you need to Translate the strings of the GetGenie plugin using the Loco Translate plugin.
