Problema calcolo decimali con Tasse Incluse

    Ciao,

    ho un grosso problema con i decimali, ho applicato l’IVA italiana al 22% ma quando calcoli il prodotto nel carrello i decimali sono sbagliati.

    Esempio:
    10 prodotti nel carrello da € 133,68 (IVA 22% esclusa) escono a € 1.336,77 quando in realtà 133,68×10 = 1.336,80

    Ho letto molti forum e molte persone hanno questo problema.

    E’ un problema irrisolto da diversi anni è possibile che Woocommerce non riesca a risolverlo?!?!?

    La soluzione non è togliere l’IVA in quanto il sito è dedicato a rivenditori ed è impensabile che vedano prezzi IVA inclusa.

    Non esistono soluzioni online che risolvono la problematica.

    Rappresento un’azienda che fattura milioni di euro non è un problema di budget ma di credibilità i prezzi seppur di pochi centesimi risultano sempre sbagliati.

    Ho coinvolto uno dei migliori programmatori pagato profutamente per cercare di risolvere il bug ecco la sua risposta:

    “….. ho trascorso tanti giorni e ore continue su questo progetto e in quel tempo posso persino realizzare un sistema completo…. comunque Woocommerce non fornisce alcuna soluzione per questo bug.

    ho creato tutto il codice da capo…

    Purtroppo Il suo bug è nei file core di woocommerce che salva i dati in formato a 16 cifre…

    Non è possibile ottenere decimali corretti in questa versione di woocommerce.??puoi convincere con il cliente purtroppo la sua colpa non è nelle nostre mani.

    16 cifre dopo il punto non si possono controllare..

    Ho provato in tutti i modi e non è successo nulla nessuno può farlo, ci posso scommettere.

    Ho provato ogni cosa…

    è inutile se apportiamo modifiche sul plugin se poi andrà via ogni volta che aggiorni Woocommerce, perché i file core cambiano tutti.

    L’unico modo intelligente è aspettare i prossimi aggiornamenti di Woocommerce che rivolveranno la problematica…

    Possibile che non esista una soluzione o che Woocommerce permetta un bug così grave?!?!?

    I had simply created the topic in English, to have a better chance of answering a serious Woocommerce bug !!! doing it only in Italian precludes me from an international audience in the answer to solve a bug that is making us lose a lot of turnover !!!

    it was better to delete this in Italian .. if it really bothered a duplicate in another language ..

    I guess, but the title had changed with a BUG header and at first glance it is different to see a post in English rather than Italian … How can I contact Woocomerce in your opinion, the BUG they have is very serious for us.

    10 products in the cart of € 133.68 (VAT 22% excluded) come out at € 1,336.77 when in reality 133.68×10 = 1,336.80

    Good morning,

    I opened a ticket also with Woocommerce and they asked me the status how are you doing …. but .. unfortunately with “WooCommerce> Status> ‘Get system report'” I think nothing can be done, this is a problem native of your plugin which does not calculate decimals well.

    Please don’t tell me to use 4 decimals that the problem is solved .. in Italy there are not 4-5 decimals but 2 ….

    As mentioned in my previous post we spent a lot to hire a programmer to do it but he couldn’t fix it because Woocomerce has 16 native decimals.

    The Woocommerce plugin has a serious bug on the decimal calculation when taxes are set, this serious bug makes it impossible for us to warn the customer as the accounts are wrong and they don’t come back with the invoice that will be sent to them.

    This bug is making us look bad with our customers, asking to solve the problem, billing more than two million euros is not a question of money but of credibility, the plugin should calculate the decimals well.
