want to remove “read more” link

    Hello everyone,

    Maybe someone can help. I know there’ve been several topics about how to remove this “read more” link but doesn’t seem to work for me. I tried this css that I’ve found a previous discussion :
    .tribe-events-list-event-description .tribe-events-read-more {
    display:none;
    }

    and this one too :

    a.tribe-events-read-more {
    display:none;
    }

    None of them seem to work. I’ve also followed this link to override the css on my child theme https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/customizing-css/

    I would appreciate your help as I really need to remove this link.

  • Hey Daniel,

    I took a look at your calendrier page.

    It looks like you are using an Elementor post widget on that page.
    That’s probably why none of the suggested advice worked for you.

    With that in mind, I am not seeing the “read more” link on that page at this point?

    You might want to look into using one of our native Elementor widgets (which requires Events Calendar Pro).
