    Hello,

    When a customer purchases from my site using a credit card, my site sends out duplicate emails 4 out of 5 times. This has been happening for well over 6 months now. There are no duplicate orders and there are no duplicate credit card charges. Just the duplicate email confirmations (to customer and to me).

    This does not happen with PayPal payments.

    Please help!

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that your site sends out duplicate order email confirmations when a customer uses Stripe as the payment gateway.

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin present on your site. Can you please try to perform a full conflict test and see if that works?

    If that did not resolve the issue, please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    Furthermore, if you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
