Enable blog list title link to blog post page

OK, so I am actually embarrassed to ask this, but I’ve been searching for ages for a setting to enable/disable the article title to link to the post page. I’m sure I’ve seen a simple setting switch for this is the admin, but now am having a complete idiot moment and can’t find it. I want my non-technical client to be able to adjust this setting as they wish, currently it’s disabled and i can’t enable it ??

Someone, please put me out of my misery.
