error in export and import

    Hi,

    I have a problem with your plugin.
    I have a ecommerce and I work a lot on my products exporting them as cvs. and working it on excel.
    The problem is when I try import the prodcuts the personalized tabs of the product are erased.
    I need to paste the same personalized tabs to my 800 prodcuts. So I can’t go one by one.
    how can I copy and paste the same personalized tabs to all my products?

    Hi @upsalacosmetic

    With the free version here on www.ads-software.com you will have to manually create each custom product tab on each product. With our pro version you can create the tab one time and assign it to all of the products from the settings page.

    Hi Evan,

    thanks for your replay.
    in this case I am asking how to do it on excel csv.
    the custom field that I export has strange numbers. they are serialized. hor can I paste the same to other products in excel?
