Cron Job error

    Hi, since I activated and connected this plugin to my MC account, I get this error from the cron job that runs onto my site:

    {“success”:false,”data”:{“message”:”You’re not allowed to do this”}}

    What is it and how can I fix this?

    Hi @biancaakanaonda, thanks for reaching out. Could we start troubleshooting by having you enabling Remote Diagnostics from the plugins’ Settings tab please? We’ll see if we can spot something in the logs. Be sure to include your URL as well.

    Hi @biancaakanaonda, can you confirm that the plugin is installed still? We’re not able to see anything on our end at the moment.

    Hy @khungate ,
    I deactivated the support enabling because I was not seeing the error anymore on my cronjob.
    So I thought it was because of that check (on remote diagnosics).
    But after a whole morning I’m not receiving the message anymore even with che filed dechecked.
    So I’m activating it one more for you to see.
    But I gess the problem was solved somehow.
    If there is anything you see now (remote diagnostic enabled until tomorrow), please let me know ??

    Hi @biancaakanaonda, we see you now ?? It looks like your server doesn’t have WP CRON enabled, so that could be an issue here if you’re not using WP CLI to sync. Otherwise, everything seems to be normal with your set up.

    Hi there!
    You are right: WP CRON is disabled but there is a proper Cron Job running everi x minutes (as instructed by the Siteground hosting).

    I guess we can close the ticket since there is no troubles anymore.

    I’m gettimg back to you because since last friday we are having hundreds of these messages back again.
    Remote Diagnostic is on.

    What can I do to make it stop? ??
