    Hello,

I have my wordpress image sizes set to 800×800, 300×300, and 150×150. I am using the Smart Image Resize Pro plugin to resize my thumbnail images to these sizes. I also have run the regenerate thumbnail plugin a few times.

On my home page where I have a product slider, and my shop page, I see that not every thumbnail is displaying at the correct aspect ratio. It looks like every product as one dimension that hits the 300 size, but on some products, the other dimension is a different value. On these images, in the inspector, I can see it has a different aspect ratio. If I change this value in the inspector to 1:1 it temporarily displays fine.

I can see on the backend of the website (through EWWW image optimizer in Media gallery) that there are indeed the correct image sizes available, but when the page renders on the front end, some of the images are not rendering with the 1:1 aspect ratio.

I have confirmed in the Appearance>Customize>Woocommerce>Product Images settings, that the box is checked for thumbnail cropping to be 1:1.

Any ideas what could cause this behavior and how to fix it?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I found out I had some settings inside of Crocoblock Jet Woobuilder that specified the image size. As soon as I set it to the woocommerce 300×300 there, everything worked fine.
