Welcome Bar not displaying on pages

    Hi

    I’ve installed your plugin and configured. I’m using the Welcome bar and added text “FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $150”

    I’ve changed background and text colour

    It is NOT displaying on the live site and I’m not sure why.

    Please advise what else I have to check ?
    I assumed once I added this, it would show on the site Top header area.

    I haven’t setup the Button Settings as I don’t need a button as such. Just want the Sticky Welcome bar that I have renamed to “FREE SHIPPING” to show up on the TOP of Main header on all pages.

    Hi

    I tried to create another Welcome Bar but cannot create a new one either.
    Does the Free one only allow you to do 1 only ?

    Is there limitations on the free version ?
    Maybe that’s why I cannot see it now, as I have to pay for it now ?

    HI

    I tried it in my other browser and it shows. Therefore I assume I had viewed it once on my Firefox and closed it therefore, when I go back to the website it doesn’t show it anymore as I had closed it months ago.

    I would have assumed if I go back to the website a day later, or week later, then the popup should come back up ?

    OR it remembers and never comes back up because the Customer has already been on the website and doesn’t show it again ?

    Or is there a setting I am missing so that it shows it every time a Customer comes back to the website to REMIND them of the “FREE SHIPPING”?

    Hey @kristinubute , thanks for your messages.
    Can you please share a link to the site where the welcome bar is supposed to be, so we can check?
    Please double-check any “after submission” settings added as this may explain why once you close the welcome bar it doesn’t reappear on another page visit/ on page refresh.
    Also, in the free version you can create one bar only.

    Hi

    Also the height of the bar is TOO tall, seems to be 60px standard.
    Can I do CSS code to change to 40px OR I have to buy paid plugin for that ?

    Also can I have the Bar displayed on ONLY certain pages, like HOME PAGE, SHOP PAGE, CHECKOUT, VIEW CART pages only ?

    Is that an option anywhere in free OR paid version ?

    The size of the bar can be adjusted in the Pro version.
    Page targeting rules are also a Pro feature!
