  • Hi @walid91

I’ve seen you’ve linked the page related to sharing buttons and mentioned it wasn’t translated in Arabic; however, I’ve taken a look there and confirmed that it’s completely translated in Arabic.

Can you confirm whether you are using Arabic as a language in your WordPress.com account? You can change those settings below:

    Hi,

Arabic language is used only for the site.

The administration panel is sometimes in English or French.

The link: https://wordpress.com/me/account has not changed anything.

    Hi @walid91

I cannot reproduce the issue as the translation works correctly on my end.

The WP-Admin dashboard is very different from the WordPress.com dashboard, which is an additional dashboard that you get when you connect your website to Jetpack.

The screenshot you’ve initially sent only shows Arabic, I’d appreciate it if you sent another one that shows the inconsistency with the translation, you could use a free tool such as Snipboard or Imgur for that.

    Hi,

No problem, hope that with these screenshots it will help to understand better.

As you can see here, the dashboard is in English: https://ibb.co/W0C7WpP

    Then jetpack settings: https://ibb.co/WBbrP35

By clicking on “Configure your sharing buttons” the wordpress.com dashboard appears in Arabic as you can see here: https://ibb.co/jRfR4dd

I hope I was clearer this time.

    Thank you.

    Hi @walid91

Thanks for sending those! I can see on the first screenshot that your WP-Admin dashboard is in English, despite that the language of the site is Arabic (I assume you have turned to English for your specific admin profile).

So we can look further into your account, please reach out to us here using your WordPress.com account where you are experiencing this issue; you can also mention a link to this thread, so our team has context.
