I’m using the WP Maintenance theme. How can I access the subscriber emails? I should be able to export them into a CSV file but I can’t find how to do it.

    Version 2.5.1

The issue isn’t a bug with the site, just with my memory of the process for exporting subscribers. I know it works, I just can’t remember how to do it and I can’t find it in the documentation.

    Hey @everydaywiners,

    Thanks for the information.

We recently found this bug that subscriber stats are not showing for some users in version 2.5.1 and we have already released a new update that will fix this issue. So, please update the plugin and check again if the issue still exists or not.

And for your information you can find the subscriber stats information under WP Maintenace settings > Modules page, see here.

Thank you and have a great day ahead!

    Hello @everydaywiners,

Sorry for the delayed reply. However, I cannot replicate this issue now as this has been fixed in the latest update of the plugin. Could you please try to recreate the template with the new possibilities which WP- Maintenance offers now and check if the issue exists or not?

    Thank you.

Disable the plugin and re-enable it or trash it and start over?

    Hey @everydaywiners,

We have made changes in the recent version of the plugin to make the user experience better and give more flexibility in customizing the maintenance page, as you can now use Gutenberg editor or a page builder to easily customize the page and select a pre-created design or create your new custom one.

Do you see the migrate button on the settings page of WP maintenance mode? if you will use the migrate button(don’t worry you can roll back too) then you can migrate to the new changes and can use any of the starter templates (or create one). In your case, you can use the coming soon template that we have in the design library and also you can edit the content of this template by going to pages.

One quick thing, the form on the template requires an SMTP server which you can set up by following this documentation.

    Thank you

Thanks. I’ll give it a try.

I don’t see a migrate button on the settings page. Which tab is it supposed to be under?

    Hey @everydaywiners,

The option to migrate can be found here.

P.s- Do share the screenshot of your plugin settings page so that I can have a look if you are already migrated or not.

    Thanks

I don’t know how to share a screenshot in this forum, but that button is not on my settings page. It does show that I’m using Otter. Would that make a difference?

    Hey @everydaywiners,

You can use https://prnt.sc to upload the screenshots and share the link with us. However, if you have otter installed then you can directly go to the Designs page and import a template easily.(see here)

    Thanks

I’m confused. Why do I need to import a template? I already have my designed like I want.

Here is the setting screen you wanted to see. Screenshot

My design page doesn’t look like your screenshot either. Screenshot
