Installing the plugin, settings option from woo-commerce disappeared

Very unprofessional behaviour
I opened a merchant account. The Bkash team recommends that I install the official plugin. I put it in place. However, after installing this plugin, the woo-commerce settings option vanished. As per their recommendation, I updated my PHP and WordPress versions. However, the same issue persists.
My real disappointment occurs when one of them requests money from me in order to address this issue by contacting my personal phone. Isn’t this an unprofessional approach?
