I submitted a support request on Friday 9/23 and again on 9/27. It is now Wednesday 9/28. The custom template that you helped create 4 months ago for my customer and charged $200 + 5% PayPal fee, is not working anymore. I have offered to pay to fix. This has been embarrassing for me since they are still waiting. You have opened the emails according to our HubSpot email tracking but do not wish to respond whatsoever.
