File Download Method – clarification.

    I need some help understanding how the 3 different File Download Methods work in conjunction with Amazon S3.
    If I use anything other than “Redirect (Insecure)” would that funnel the download file from S3 thru my webserver (using up my webserver bandwidth)?
    Or is it safe to use the other methods without taxing my server bandwidth?
