There is an option where you can change any words on your site and replace them with the equivalent you need without having to edit the theme file or edit the code manually through a plugin like SayWhat.

With it, you can add the string where the words you want to change are and enter the ones you wish to replace them with, and the plugin will automatically do the rest.
