    I have a custom field which is a Yes/No radio button. I would like to make it so when a new contact is created, the selection defaults to ‘No’, instead of the user having to select. Is this possible?

    Hi @kercommunications,

    Currently, it’s not possible to set a default value for JP CRM custom fields.

    We do have an existing internal feature request for this, so I’ve added +1 on your behalf for developers’ consideration. While we don’t have an estimated timeframe for when this feature may be added we can certainly let you know once we have an update.
