Automation e-commerce not working on mailerlite

    I have an automation set up on MailerLite and the trigger is a specific product. However, people are purchasing the product and there is nothing happening. The product stays as as pending on the order on woocommerce and in MailerLite in the e-commerce section of the automation it shows no orders. No new names have been added to the automation list either.

    I have set up the integration between woocommerce and MailerLite.

    Please can someone advise as to why the trigger isn’t working. I have opened a ticket with MailerLite also. But my suspicion is the issue is with woocommerce as the orders do not show in MailerLite?

    This forum is for answering WooCommerce-related questions. Unless you’re using this extension, then the best thing we can do is refer you to the plugin’s support.
