    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    We would like to let you know that our plugin just supports inserting the comment data from the CSV into the database as it is. We can assure you that the issue of comments getting deleted automatically from the site is not related to our plugin. I hope you understand.

    Can you please try creating comments manually on your site and check if the issue is occurring only with the comments that are imported using the plugin or not?

    I’m sorry, i didn’t mean XML, i meant CSV. Sorry, got that twisted.
    Checked that now and new comments are saved and stay. I’ve made an Optimize Table Action, deleted the Transients, cleared the Cache, and the two new comments i posted stay there.

    Is there otherwise a way to declutter the CSV File for me to open, so i can send an E-Mail to all commenters to ask them to post them new? I was trying to get through the CSV File but it shows up so messy that you can’t understand who posted which comment where

    Your Sucuri still blocks XML, but i added a Google Drive Link. Ticket 50023.
