Post ordering not working

    Hello there,
    I am currently experiencing a problem with this plugin: basically the drag-n-drop doesn’t work, even if we “order” our posts in the backoffice, once we save them, they go back to how they were.
    I’ll link here an example:

    Looks like the ajax call goes in 504, so it doesn’t work.

    We’re currently using 1.9.9.1 version of this plugin and WP 6.0.2.
    Is this a bug? How can we fix it?

    Hello,
    Sorry, this is not a bug but appears an issue on your server. The 504 error is “Gateway Timeout” https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Status/504 Try to disable other plugins to ensure none interfere with the process.
    Also, might be caused by a firewall or a misconfiguration on the server side, for more details about the problem check with your host support.
