What is “Restrict Settings To Administrator” doing?

Hello,

First of all, thank you so much for this plugin. It is a great plugin and I think it will help me a lot with the set of platforms that i’m working at right not, in terms of securing and hiding stuff from the not-so-well-intended-eyes.

Only one question tho. What does the “Restrict Settings To Administrator” option in settings do? Is it suppose to impact how the plugin works for users with the “manage_options” permission? I tested up and down and it does not seem to do anything for in my case.

At this point it more of a curiosity, since I tested with it enabled and everything seems to be working fine, but I would really like to know.
