CSS not updating?

Make sure your theme doesn’t have alternate “Style Schemes”. If so, you might have to update manually using your FTP. Using Firebug (https://getfirebug.com/) on Firefox you can view the source code and determine which CSS file is being used. For example if the style scheme is called “serif”, the CSS file will read style_serif.css instead of style.css.
