Recent Posts Extended broken layout

The Recent Posts Extended widget seems to be broken. It used to align nicely down the sidebar, but now it looks as if it tries to display multiple entries in the same row. It looks okay as long as you disable everything bar the thumbnail, but adding the post title, date, etc. breaks the subsequent formatting.
