I followed the instructions and still have this issue is still there.

1. I have created and installed the MaxMind license key: https://snipboard.io/nLyKre.jpg

3. added code “add_filter(“woocs_geobone_ip”,function(){ return true; });” to current wp theme functions.php file: https://snipboard.io/clsIHh.jpg
4. In WP rocket, I unchecked the ‘?Enable caching for logged in WordPress users?‘ option: https://snipboard.io/ELPwOm.jpg

When using a VPN for USA, it’s still showing EUR instead of USD.

I tried: https://www.locabrowser.com and also showing me the same issue: as seen here: https://snipboard.io/HpvBsX.jpg

Please advise.
