Send Results button doesn’t work

I tested the “Send Results!” button out with two different email addresses. Neither emails received their results in their inbox or spam folder. I myself received an email saying both addresses got their results, even though I checked 30 minutes later and both addresses still did not have their results in their inboxes.
Can this get fixed so it’s working properly? Or at least have the “Send Results!” button removed since it’s non-functional.
