Docket Cache intertefering WooCommerce top notice

I can’t replicate the issue. Without enabling Docket Cache, that notice still does not appear.

It hard to replicate because WooCommerce relies heavily on slow ajax and took time for the notice to appear.

And WooCommerce not work properly on localhost.

If without enabling Docket Cache, that notice still does not appear, means the server does not meet WooCommerce requirement.

Thanks for your feedback. I will try to replicate it again with a different environment and may fix this issue if found the bug on it.
