NaN% profit issue

    Hi there,

    Under WooCommerce orders statistics, at the end it says “NaN% profit” :
    – /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=%2Fanalytics%2Forders

    Any issue to get the real number ?

    I am really sorry to know you are having difficulties.

    Please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and clear the analytics cache from there and see if the issue persists.

    Please let us know if clearing the analytics cache doesn’t help.`

    Not work unfortunately :
    – WordPress 6.0.2
    – WooCommerce 6.9.4

    Any idea ?

    I am really sorry to know you are still having the issue.

    We think in such a case, you would need to utilize a Pro feature to solve the issue. So,if you are using the Pro version of the plugin, then could you kindly contact us through our forum since the WordPress Forum Guidelines restrict us from discussing commercial features here?

    However, if you are using the plugin’s free version, make sure all of your orders have their costs properly set. Then, please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and clear the analytics cache again.

    Please give it a try. Please let us know if it doesn’t help.
