    Hi.
    I’ve found that smartphone users can only see the embedded video in my post if they use ‘desktop mode’, and then top to allow.
    The video works fine on laptop/desktop, but fails for smartphone users.
    Sucks.
    Any advice would be most welcome !

    I have checked your shared page URL. It is working well on my side. I have checked both Desktop and Mobile. Please check this screen record from Mobile.

    … don’t bother going to the page to see the error, I’ve replaced using this plugin with embedding from Vimeo, had no choice.

    Yes, @arrasel403 ,
    As you can see in your movie, that is a VIMEO EMBED that you see there.
    That is NOT the embedpress that you see there.
    I had to REMOVE the embedpress from the article, because it DOESN’T WORK on MOBILE without going into DESKTOP MODE.
    I cannot show you the proof, because I don’t want my article ruined.
    Sorry, but this plugin sucks.
    Also, the extra permissions it requires is a sure turn-off for visitors. They won’t allow it to play, fearing their security is comprimised, which it may very well be.
    Also, the URL you gave me to view, is BLOCKED by my Anti-Malware software. Nice.

    Hi @the-vapor-ninja,

    Thanks for sharing the page URL. I have checked this issue with our Dev Team.
    We found that if-cdn.com creating a conflict with EmbedPress and this if-cdn.com is coming from Iframely plugin. It makes the full page unclickable.

    However, we are checking this issue more deeply with our Dev Team. And definitely, we will try to come out with a solution soon.

    I’m not sure IFramely is even in use on my posts right now, will have to look, because, I believe I can deactivate the Iframely plugin.
    So let me know, I’ll leave it alone for now so you can work on it.

    I’ve de-activated the Iframely plugin on my site, and removed the test page.
    I assume you can work on it outside of my site.

    I’ve removed the two embedpress videos I had on another post, beccause I have now discovered that they won’t even work on desktop any longer.
    I’ll just have to stick with normal embedding from a major video site.

    About your issue, We tried to reproduce your issue on our multiple websites, and we have installed all the plugins you have on your website. We have also tried multiple times but every time it is working on our end.

    It seems that the issue is only happening on your site so can you please check for plugin conflicts by following this: You can check for Plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for EmbedPress. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin -> Plugins and then, deactivate other Plugins.

    If that does not help please provide us your Site Health Information from Dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info > Copy site info to clipboard: https://d.pr/i/KDbAny

    And simply just paste it here. This will help us to reproduce this issue on our end.
