    Hi
A client wishes to have a customer select more than one option

For example – He has a selection of 5 oils. The customer can pick any 4 oils from the list. He is limited to 4 oils and must pick 4

    Is this possible?

    Thanks
    Malcolm

  • You can’t do this using the variation product type in the core WooCommerce plugin. If you can refactor the attribute as an add-on, there are some product add-on type plugins that have multi-select and/or multi-checkbox fields.

    This one does:

There are several free and premium “product add-on” or “product options” type plugins. You should check out a few and see what field types they offer.

These type of plugins do not allow individual images, SKUs or stock control for each option. You’ll need to consider if that’s a drawback for your use case.

    Hello @supersys,

If I understand you correctly, you want the customer to make a collection for themselves made of a number of products and make it mandatory to at least choose four.

You can use something like the Bundle Builder For WooCommerce, I haven’t tested it but I saw the following in the documentation so you should have no problem making the bundle mandatory.

Define the minimum number of products to be added to bundles

I should note that all our extensions have a 30-day refund policy. If the product doesn’t work the way you need it or you think another product would work better, we are more than happy to provide a full refund. ??

    Hope it helps!
