Catalog page not showing products of a sub-category

  • Hello, I have a problem with the catalog page when I try to show product of a sub-category. I have a main category called ‘Wevosys’ with a sub-category called ‘Wevosys Lingwaves modules’ This sub category has 11 products in it. When I use the sidebar to check the box of the ‘Wevosys Lingwaves modules’ category, it says ‘no results found’. How can I fix this? Thanks for your help!

    Hi re,

    I apologize for the delayed reply. Could you verify that you have selected the “Wevosys” parent category for those 11 products as well, and see if that makes a difference? Currently, when I select the “Wevosys” category in the sidebar, I only see 2 products.

    Unfortunately, that’s not what I want. When I select the ‘wevosys’ category, I only want those 2 products that are already there to show up. And then when you select the sub-category the other 11 should show up. Or is that not possible and should I create 2 main categorys next to each other?

    Hi re,

    Unfortunately, that’s not possible. To go about this, you would indeed need to create 2 (parent) categories.
