Hi, I’ve been using the premium version of WP Statistics for awhile now. My question is; does the software omit hits that can come from BOTs or Crawlers? Are the visitors a true representation of people who visited my blog?

@vintagenewscast For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site.
This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I hope this email finds you well.

WP Statistics offers many features on the Exclusions settings to give clients more realistic stats about their websites.
You can find various options on the path below:
    Dashboard > Statistics > Settings > Exclusions

Every option has a description, making it easy to understand the purpose of the feature implementation.

So, if you use the correct configuration, WP Statistics will ignore the stats of bots and crawlers (and unique IPs), and you will have accurate statistics.

Please feel free to contact us whenever you need assistance.

    Best
