    You try to open robots.txt for read/write access. The file is read-only (no matter why). In effect it generates

    PHP Warning: file(…/robots.txt): failed to open stream: Permission denied in …/wp-content/plugins/google-sitemap-generator/sitemap-core.php on line 1186
