Site Title Color First Letter

I don’t want to have a different color for the first letter of the tittle.
In customizer you can change it in the same as title color.

But… In the page it is green title H1 and in the footer it is a white title H3. When I change the first letter in customizer in green then it is good in page but when I do that the first letter of the tittle in footer is not visible anymore.
Is it possible to unable this function of different first letter or can I change it with CSS for H1 of H3 title?
