Users are unable to View Submitted Abstracts

This issue seems to only happen while using the PRO version. Users who submit abstracts are unable to view them on the front dashboard. While the admin can see them in the backend abstract panel list.
It is a strange issue I have ensured the “Show abstracts” setting is turned on.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?
