My product update became very slow, was waiting for minutes and still failed. Tried again with W3 deactivated and worked again in some secs.

    What to do?

    Hello @vinoamore

Thank you for reaching out and am happy to assist you with this.
As I can see the W3 Total Cache is currently installed and enabled don your website. Can you please confirm you are still experiencing the issue?
Can you also please share the settings enabled in the General settings and which caching method you are using for any enabled modules?
Also, are you on a shared server or VPS/Dedicated?
    Thanks!

    Hi Marko,

    `I’m on Strato webhosting

    Pagina cache V
Opcode cache V (opcode Send opcode) not sure about this
    Browser cache V
    CDN Enable V

Seems ok now, because I unthicked all except the items above.

    Should I use opcode?

    Hello @vinoamore

    Thank you for your feedback.
This maybe related to DB caching and/or Object Caching.
If you had those enabled and caching to disk, this indeed may slow things down. It’s recommended to use memory-based caching for these modules like Redis or Memcached.
    Thanks!
