Can’t translate Gutenberg File blocks

Hi,
I’m having issues with the translation of a “File” Gutenberg block on my site. The file is set to a PDF, and shows an embedded view of the PDF in the page.
Unfortunately, when I want to translate the block in order to change which PDF is shown depending on the language, there seems to be no way of translating the link to the PDF file.
There is no blue pencil “translate” button, or green arrow “translate as block” button. I can only see the grey outline around the block.

How can I translate this block ?
