I checked your site and verify that the color of the text is already red as seen here:

Should you wish to still change the text color, please add the code below under Appearance > Additional CSS changing the color to your preferred color:

/* Change text color of Click here to enter your code on the Checkout page */
a.showcoupon {
	color: black;
}
