Credit card input fields

Let’s start by gathering a little information for this one.

First, send along your system information. You can do this by navigating to Donations > Tools > System Info (tab) and click the button to “Get System Report” and copy/paste that in your reply here.

Next, I’ll need the URL to your donation form so I can check for errors that might be popping up on the front end.

I’ll also need to know which payment gateway you are using.

Once I have a little more context, I’ll be able to help get to the bottom of things. If you have any questions about this just let me know, I’m happy to help.

below the details you asked me.
The strange thing is that in TEST MODE I get exactly what I want while in LIVE MODE it is different.

Since in TEST MODE the connection to PayPal is with a default test account while in LIVE MODE it is with the real account, perhaps there could be different settings in the two accounts.

I hope everything is ok on the plugin side, in the meantime I contact PayPal support.

Thank you for sending along all those details, they were helpful!

I’m not seeing a stand-out reason for the credit card fields issue, but I do have a recommendation for you. You may not have credit cards activated on your PayPal account. You mentioned that you have reached out to PayPal support, and that is a great idea in this case. While you are working with them, have them check to make sure that payments using credit cards has been enabled on your PayPal Commerce account.
