In case it helps I’m on Wordfence Premium.

So, the title almost says it all.

I’ve been getting a lot of attacks from IPs on a certain range like: XXX.YYY.123.456, where X and Y are the same.

I’ve been manually blocking them but that locks me out from time-to-time. However, my IP address, nor that of the server is in that range. So, it’s like Wordfence is getting my IP wrong and has been thinking I’m on XXX.YYY.567.890.

I’m not proxied on my connection and I’ve double-checked my own IP. I’ve even added it to my list of “ignored IP” addresses but to no avail.

What can I do to patch this, please?
    Thanks,

    FJ

    Hello, @fibrojedi

The forums here are for free support for the free version of Wordfence. If you’re a Premium Wordfence Customer, I recommend opening a support ticket by going to https://support.wordfence.com and next to Current Customers, you’ll see a New Help Request button. We can help check your IP detection and debug the issue further from there.

    Thanks,
    Scott
