Gallery Plugin Similar to NextGen

im looking for a plugin similar to the NExtGen gallery plugin. im having difficulties with my thumbnail crops in NExtGen, it seems it doesn’t want to be consistant and crop all my thumbnails the same size (if anyone can help me with this, that’d be wonderful).

or, if anyone knows of another plugin similar to the NextGen gallery, that i could give a try, that’d be wonderful aswell.

this is starting to really bother me!
