    what do I add – and where – to have own the lightbox show image filenames instead of description for a gallery?

    @mouret,

    NextGen Gallery plugin doesn’t come with such an option but we have discussed with the dev team and it seems that there are future plans to have a toggle setting for displaying either the Titles or the Descriptions.

    Ok, so I have no option for a filter or anything to force the title on? I have tried other lightbox’es that will show it – but they do not work if I use the navigation in the bottom and go to “page” 2 of the gallery.

    Looks like there aren’t easy ways to rewrite it let’s keep an eye on the changelog of the upcoming updates to see when a toggle option is going to be added.
