Unit status is red and “products not found”

Hello
Lately, the status of my units has been turning red occasionally. After renewing cache, they turn green. Today, they were all green, and I clicked on renew cache just to make sure, and they all turned red. I renewed cache multiple times and they’re still red.
So I looked up at the supports and took some info. I enabled web page dumper by following the steps for github and heroku apps. This is the link that I configured https://web-page-dumper-22.herokuapp.com/ . Now, when I test it, this is the result “500: Internal Server Error https://www.amazon.com/gp/bestsellers/”.
And by looking at the error log. I get this error ”

So, am I missing something here?
