• I know this will not be popular but I have to say, I’m glad to get rid of WooCommerce Subscriptions.

MY take on it is that WooCommerce is good for selling stuff, but cannot handle memberships properly. After giving it a go for 2 year, I have gone back to my original membership vendor. Among the problems are the trecherous relationships between users / subscriptions/ orders, and the fact the subscription numbers change for the same person.

Then, despite all the permissions being right, AutomateWoo comes along and buggers up our tax setting and stops all outgoing emails (again, the setting were right and there were no plug-ins stopping them). The result is lots of lost members.

So I’ve gone back to my original vendor and it’s a dream. Just glad to be rid of WooCommerce subscriptions.

    Howdy @nscouncil!

Thank you so much for providing your feedback. While it pains me to hear that we weren’t able to help you find success with WooCommerce Subscriptions and AutomateWoo, I am glad that your previous configuration suits your needs.

I will pass your feedback onto the relevant product teams on our end so that we can continue to make our products better in the future.

I am going to mark this thread as Resolved. If you need anything else, please feel free to reach us anytime!
