Access to plugin updates AIOS

    In my extensions they ask me to login:
    “Access to plugin updates (All-in-One Security and Firewall Premium).
    “Please enter your customer login to access updates for All-in-One Security and Firewall Premium.”
    However, I have this message “Your email address was not recognised”.
    My question: what identifiers should I put?
