    Hi Team,

    We get “File not found” when we try to download the applicant’s submitted forms.
    By the way we have this Simple Job Board Multiple Attachment Fields addon to allow multiple uploads. I notice the files exist on the uploads/jobpost/2022 but still failed to download.

    Could you please assist.

    Thanks for writing to us.

    Try the following quick solutions:

    1. Please check and verify if your file exists at this path:
    wpcontent/uploads/jobpost/2022.
    2. Re-check and make sure that current users have permission to view jobs.
    3. Reinstall / re-activate the Simple Job Board plugin.
    4. Make sure your hosting service provider has granted access to the plugin to read
    files directly.
    5. This can also be caused due to conflict with any plugin or theme so debug the issue
    by deactivating other plugins one by one or changing the default theme to Twenty-
    Twenty.
    6. Make sure you are not using the WordPress multisite network because our plugin is
    not fully compatible with such a network.
