Dynamic URL Salesforce > WordPress

Hi, is there a current way to generate dynamic Urls on salesforce records that when pressed take the user to the wordpress page but fills in the fields automatically from the salesforce record. E.g when a customer presses a billing link from salesforce the form on wp already has their details filled in from the record on salesforce.
