• I’m not sure if this is where I should post this, but maybe someone can at least point me in the right direction. I’m working on the staging site of my website. While I test orders, it seems like Canada orders are giving me a weird failure message when I try to create a shipment using the Octolize UPS Labels and Tracking WooCommerce plugin area on the right-hand side of the order. The message says “Failure: InvoiceLineTotal MonetaryValue must be greater than 0 (120502)”. I’ve tried looking it up, but haven’t had too much luck. Can someone here help me or do I need to check with Octolize? I started here since it’s only happening with Canada test orders.

In this case, you need to check with the Octolize folks for help. That’s because this is a commercial plugin, and we don’t have access to such commercial products to be able to provide any help.

Also, commercial products are not supported here at all.

Here’s the plugin vendor’s support page: Please: https://octolize.com/support/

    Good luck!
